Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms meticulously, including appliances, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency during cleaning tasks.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in residential cleaning.
- Ability to perform carpet cleaning and floor care tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly.
