Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and be comfortable with heavy lifting and operating various warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Build and prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring products are securely packaged for transport.
- Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in order picking, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
