Responsibilities
Paradyme Management is hiring Technical Specialists - SIGINT Operators will conduct technical SIGINT collection in support of customer operations. As a member of a highly qualified team, you will be supporting operations that have the highest impact to National Security. Customer specific training is required and provided, as well as on the job training.
Required Skills
• Minimum Secret Clearance
• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations
• In depth knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Military background or equivalent operations experience
Desired Skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Background in SIGINT collection
• Experience working in an Operations Center
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years relevant experience
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree
Physical Requirements: These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.
- Sedentary work.
- Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.
- Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.
- Hearing, speaking, and vision: Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
- Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times.
