Responsibilities
Lead Justice and IC Programs through daily delivery and operations.
- Establish, manage, and coach employees with clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Build effective partnerships across the organization to meet and exceed customer goals.
- Develop impactful customer relationships.
- Support business development, capture, and proposal efforts with National Security Growth Vice President.
- Attract, motivate, develop, and retain highly skilled staff.
- Collaborate with staff, customers, partners, and industry to drive revenue and profit growth through new and existing contracts.
- Build and execute customer, market, and company strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
