Key Responsibilities:
- Client (recruiter) facing (40%) Deliver VIP treatment to our recruiters by providing rapid responses and personalized support. Every interaction is an opportunity to help a recruiter succeed.
- Operations (40%) Streamline and automate tedious processes, freeing you up to focus on high-leverage activities that drive real results.
- Sales (20%) Convince recruiters of the transformative potential of Paraform. As recruiting on Paraform is a new way of doing business, you'll be selling our platform as a powerful opportunity to scale the businesses of our recruiters.
- 1 - 5 years of experience doing Customer Success, Ops, GTM at an early stage startup OR Early investor/associate at a Venture Capital firm OR new grad with clear interest and experience in startups from top school or top GPA
- Client facing experience. Whether in a startup, elite organization or other work experience. Examples include VC associates, GTM or CS roles at a startup.
- Early stage startup experience (ideally Seed - Series A)
- High energy, process-minded, ability to juggle many things at once
