Field Inventory Auditor

We are currently looking to fill the position of Field Inventory Auditor with a starting range of $54,000 - 76,600K/year, dependent upon experience, education, and skills. This position may have the opportunity for occasional work from home.

The Field Inventory Auditor will physically and systematically audit all inventory in the geography assigned to ensure audit goals are completed. This role will plan, schedule, and execute field audits ensuring operational and financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes full annual physical audits of all field inventory across the US.
• Completes all systematic transactions needed to conduct accurate and timely field audits while aiding in the weekly documentation of all territory audits/inspections.
• Plans travel schedule: including flights, hotels, rental cars, hospital visits, and shipping locations while adhering to GSA per diem guidelines and operational budgets.
• Works directly with Sales Operations Management to create, track, and update inventory policies as needed.
• Works closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Asset Management to meet overall operational goals with concern to Field Inventory.
• Works closely with Sales Support and Field Operations/Asset Management Teams to report audit results and corrective action plans.
• Assists with reconciliation of Agency terminations and territory realignments.
• Inspects dated biologics and initiates the return or replacement of out of date product.
• Performs additional inventory functions in the field including but not limited to the conversion/replacement of obsolete product and the retrieval of underutilized/extra inventory.
• Acts as a representative of Sales Operations in the field involving extensive interaction with the sales force and hospital personnel.
• Works with Sales Support when in the field locating late loaners or missing kits.
• Assists with analyzing trends related to inventory and compiles reporting for Finance and Commercial Operations Management
• Other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with variable business hours.  It may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend; specific requirements will be determined with Manager.

Travel
This role will require, on average, 75% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2 year(s) related recent experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point, as well as charting, flow charting, graphs, and dashboards. Higher level experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, sales and hospital personnel
• Ability to define problems and find mutually agreeable solutions within the parameters established by P28 management.
• Experience with SAP and barcode scanning software preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clear driving record for renting cars while traveling.
