SAP Functional Analyst - Procurement & Inventory Lead

Paragon 28’s growth continues and we’re looking for more great employees!  Now is your chance to join this public company dedicated to improving a patient’s quality of life with the treatment of the most challenging foot and ankle conditions!  We are currently looking to fill the position of SAP Functional Analyst - Procurement & Inventory Lead with a starting range of $130,000 - $165,000/year, dependent upon experience, education, and skills.  This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of work from home/office.

The SAP procurement and inventory analyst will lead the design, testing, implementation, and support for all procurement and inventory related projects within the SAP S4 environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with business users, external business partners and other third-party individuals to gather requirements and define best practice solutions for supply chain related initiatives. 

• Work closely with the business users to understand and define common business challenges and propose scalable robust resolutions. 

• Support individuals in day-to-day activities and facilitate positive relationships with the customers we support. 

• Provide input and guidance on future SAP business initiatives.

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and proactively provide solutions to problems.

• Analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and innovation.

• Support the Paragon 28 Change management processes

• Other duties as assigned.

Travel

0% - 10% of overnight travel required or may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of working experience with SAP MM, IM and PP is required (at least 5 years of experience working with S4 applications is preferred)
• Must be able to document, design, configure and implement inventory and procurement processes in SAP without supervision or support.  Configuration experience is a requirement for this position. 
• Minimum of 3 implementations, with at least one implementation occurring in version S4.
• Expert knowledge of the SAP MM and PP modules with experience implementing in a warehouse environment.
• Exposure to one or more of the following SAP modules SD, IM, QM or FICO is a plus. 
• Medical device industry experience is preferred, experience in other warehouse distribution industries is a plus.
• Experience managing projects related to all aspects of procurement, warehousing and distributing inventory is required.
• MRP experience is required, experience with advance planning and procurement tools and strategies in a highly regulated global distribution environment is a plus. 
• An excellent team player with ability to take leadership as well as mentor junior SAP technical resources while always striving for the best possible technical solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred or combination of education and equivalent experience.
