About the Role:
As a part-time (after-school/evening) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavioral Consultant (BC), you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered services. You’ll work directly with our IBHS clients, using evidence-based interventions to develop and oversee behavior management plans, conduct functional assessments, and provide clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of personalized behavior plans.
- Conduct thorough functional behavioral assessments for clients.
- Provide crisis assessments and behavioral stabilization services when needed.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and colleagues to ensure a comprehensive care approach.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and meet supervision requirements to stay compliant with state, federal, and company regulations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BCBA credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensed Behavioral Specialist (License through the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine)
or
- Licensed Behavioral Specialist (License through the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine)
- Masters degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field with at least 12 credits in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field with children/adolescents who have autism spectrum disorder or developmental disability

This position may perform the following tasks remotely at the employees home residence upon signing the Employee Remote Work Policy & Agreement:
- Telehealth
- Creating & documenting progress notes, treatment plans, or other clinical data
- Any other task mutually agreed upon with the clinical director/supervisor.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and may infrequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
Salary : $38 - $58
