POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for the clinical oversight of their designated clinical staff and / or designated shift, as well as providing direct cares services to the extent determined by the Clinical Director. This position has a part-time clinical supervisory function. Formal administrative duties and supervision remain the responsibility of the Clinical Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Fosters relationships of mutual respect with colleagues and vendors when working together that is professional, aligned with Paragon’s mission, vision, and culture Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with IBHS standard operating procedures

Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director to schedule cases to employees

Process IBHS documentation on Mondays for quality and accuracy that meets the standards & regulations of CMS’ Fraud, Waste, and Abuse policies

Orient new IBHS program staff to the program’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and licensure/regulatory/contractual demands of the program’s clinical services

Participate in quality improvement initiatives as implemented within his/her respective program

Provide direct clinical supervision to designated IBHS program staff, individually and group-based, on a regular basis (as defined by the Clinical Director, agency policies and procedures, or state/federal regulations)

Provide crisis assessment and support for direct service staff, as necessary, during non-designated working hours

Maintain a caseload of at least 10-12 billable hours per week.

Document all supervision for a staff person’s personnel file that includes the following:

The date of supervision
-
The location and modality of the session such as in-person or through secure audio and video transmission.

The format of the session such as group, individual, or onsite.

The start and end time of the supervision.
-
A narrative summary of the points discussed during the session.
-
The signature and signature date of the supervisor and the staff person receiving supervision.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline required

Minimum two (2) years post-degree experience in the behavioral health field required

Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training required

Proficient computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Current PA State Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting Screen and Child Abuse clearances

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to ten (10) pounds and may infrequently lift and / or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
Salary : $70,000 - $74,000
