Paragon Behavioral Health Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated psychologist to join our team. About the Role
As a Psychologist specializing in Autism Testing & Assessments at Paragon, you will:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy, along with comprehensive psychological testing and assessments.
- Work both in-office and via telemedicine to provide the highest quality care.
- Engage in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values your input and expertise.
- Supervise doctoral interns (optional) and contribute to the development of the next generation of psychologists.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD/PsyD) and a clean license to practice in PA or NY.
- Experience: At least three years in the behavioral health field, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in testing and assessment.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are a must. We’re looking for team players who are ready to make a difference.

Qualifications
DRESS CODE
Business Professional-Psychologists are expected to dress in a professional manner at all times.
REMOTE
This position may perform the following tasks remotely at the employee’s home residence
upon signing the Employee Remote Work Policy & Agreement:
• Attend clinical supervision
• Telehealth
• Creating & documenting progress notes, treatment plans, or other clinical data
• Any other task mutually agreed upon with the Clinical Supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Doctorate degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical psychology, PhD/PsyD); required
• License as a clinical psychologist in PA or NY
• Must have a clean professional license to practice and be successfully credentialed with
Paragon’s panel of in network insurance carriers
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in the behavioral health field
• Proficient computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel,
Word, etc.)
• Ability to provide testing & assessment services, strongly preferred

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and
reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to ten (10)
pounds and may infrequently lift and / or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision
abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral
vision.
Salary : $87 - $96
