What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant for APD Group Home position at Paragon Care Inc?
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Drafting and sending letters/emails
- Creating spreadsheets
- Organizing and maintaining office
- Complying with Agency for Person's with Disabilities rules and policies
- Assist with coordinating staff training to ensure current certification
Requirements include:
- Knowledge of and Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or other relevant role
- Knowledge of Agency for Persons with Disabilities' required documents (Support Plans, Implementation Plans, Medical Record, Yearly Consent Forms etc)
- Analytic abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Working knowing of office equipment
- Excellent patient-care skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.99 - $15.00 per hour
