Duties
- Operate pressing machines to remove wrinkles and restore garments to their original shape.
- Launder and clean garments according to specified cleaning instructions.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring that they meet company standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, including processing payments and providing change.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns regarding their garments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
