Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a RF Analyst / Engineer to join other smart, talented, and dedicated engineers that pride themselves in analyzing the most difficult challenges for the launch-test range while developing and delivering solutions to meet the needs of the US Space Force and their customers. This opportunity designs, develops, modifies, evaluates, and implements new and exiting Telemetry hardware systems, leading the technical aspects of a multi-disciplined project team.
Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute new capabilities used by tracking radars
- Perform complex system modeling, simulation, and analysis to provide the most appropriate technical solution
- Plan, conduct, and assist the project manager in the execution of engineering projects
- Coordinate the efforts of technical support personnel for assigned projects
- Analyze, develop, recommend and implement approaches to meet customer requirements
- Serve as an interface for project information to internal management and the customers
- Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
- Provide expertise to restore operational systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
