Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Configuration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage and optimize configuration processes. As a Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of system configurations and ensuring that all configurations are consistent, accurate, and meet our company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration management process, ensuring that all systems are accurately tracked and documented.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of configuration standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of various systems.
• Monitor configuration changes and support audits, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support for configuration management best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in configuration management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of configuration management tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• 4 years of relevant experience in configuration management or a similar field.
