We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer/Premises Liability Consultant to join our team at Paragon Forensics. As a lead consultant on forensic cases, you will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including reviewing and analyzing file materials, performing site inspections, and collaborating with support staff.
Your expertise in property conditions that allegedly cause or contribute to injurious events and/or property damage will be crucial in evaluating conditions of premises. You will also address questions regarding construction and building-related practices and safety.
In this role, you will provide expert testimony through depositions, arbitration, and trials, as well as writing reports and declarations. Your strong reading comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, and command of the English language will enable you to effectively convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
