Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records and conducting cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
- Requires physical labor and occasional overtime.
- Team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
