SALARY: 80K TO 120K PER ANNUM
LOCATION: Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, Benton Harbir & Grand Rapids area
Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a PRN/RN/LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at Paragon Home Health Care. The LPN will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and coordinating with families to ensure comprehensive support and care.
Qualifications
Patient assessment, Medication administration, and Wound care skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Current LPN license
CPR certification
- Experience in home health or similar setting is a plus
