We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Education and Events Manager to join our growing team.
The position will be on-site, based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, where our Packaging, Distribution, Marketing and Education departments are located.
Compensation / Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually
(Candidates must match all criteria to be considered for the high end of the compensation pay range.)
Overview / Job Summary:
Lead and coordinate education initiatives, events and administrative tasks for the Company’s educational programs. Play a key role in promoting educational offerings, manage internal processes, and ensure the smooth operation of education strategies and administrative functions. Works under direction of the Vice President of Marketing / General Manager. Adheres to key stakeholders’ final decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing local and national education events
- Sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing materials for hands-on courses
- Collecting and distributing leads resulting from events
- Disseminating pre-course and post-course communications to attendees
- Managing attendance and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Building relationships with key partners and stakeholders to increase visibility and enrollment
- Coordinating event logistics and ensuring smooth execution, including communication with attendees
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to educational offerings
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and communication
- Administering Continuing Education (CE) credits
- Coordinating travel arrangements for events
- Preparing materials for education courses
- Assisting with providing an exceptional course experience for attendees
- Contributing to the company’s customer experience efforts, business growth objectives, and overall mission
- Communicating clearly and effectively across teams, fostering respectful and empathetic conversations aligned with the company’s values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in education and administration, with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle administrative challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with higher education systems and processes is a plus.
- Able to manage complex administrative tasks and ensure accuracy and quality in all projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Be initiative-driven with the ability to work independently and stay ahead of trends in both marketing and education.
- Able to adjust strategies and operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Good communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership.
- Resourceful with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, while completing assignments with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products for communication and file management.
- Minimum two (2) years’ management experience preferred.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects such as a keyboard and mouse.
