We currently have an open position for a Product Manager and are seeking qualified and experienced individuals, enthusiastic to join our talented team.
The position is based out of Calabasas, California, manufacturing facility is located.
Compensation / Pay Range: Candidates must match all criteria to be considered for the high end of the compensation pay range.
The position will be based out of Calabasas, California. This is an on-site job; no remote work.
Summary: Manage product development, testing samples, assessing product opportunities, and determining product features. Manage department, resources, and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products. Incorporate research and concept development projects and capabilities with market analysis, industry intelligence, and customer monitoring to support product roadmaps and innovate new products, enhancements, and redesigns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals. Develop teams with the knowledge and expertise to fulfill product development objectives. Works under little supervision but under direct instruction of the product inventor and COO.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Work with the inventor and design team to provide input related to the rollout of new features and technologies as required.
- Ensure appropriate internal processes and technical documentation are updated accordingly.
- Participate in meetings related to product quality, metrics, and failure data to provide guidance regarding product design.
- Partner with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure that all documentation is aligned with product specifications.
- Provide technical information as needed to aid in the creation of specific sales and marketing collateral (e.g. spec verification, product bulletins, data sheets, etc.).
- Assist with creation, documentation, and management of equipment numbered products as assigned.
- Initiate and track regular communication Marketing, Engineering and Purchasing regarding product launch status.
- Facilitate device launches including initial forecast prior to integration testing completion.
- Work with Engineering and Purchasing teams to provide visibility and strategy for upcoming product and partner launches, utilizing established processes (forms, face-to-face meetings, etc.).
- Assist as requested with administration and/or customer access of the document portal used to distribute documents to business partners.
- Travel to OEM and/or clinic sites may be required.
- Work with all internal departments as required to drive related product issues to successful, timely completion.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
Experience & Competencies:
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience (as an individual contributor) in dental implant field or a combination of project management experience and/or education.
- Excellent project management skillset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing.
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment and frequently manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
Preferred:
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) skillset.
- Advanced experience with Syteline.
- Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA21 CFR Part 820.
- Experience in working with a start-up or new product.
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing and/or Clean Room environment
Physical Requirements/Abilities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, use a computer, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
