Job Summary

Paragon 26 Inc. is hiring a full-time limo driver who is dependable, professional, and ready for a demanding but consistent schedule. The position requires availability six days a week, with one flexible day off of your choice. You must be comfortable being on-call and understand that most days will involve either actively driving or waiting nearby and ready to go at a moment’s notice. If a ride is scheduled a day in advance, you should expect to be driving or on standby for the majority of that day. If you’re reliable, know the Los Angeles area well, and can handle long days with a flexible attitude, we want to hear from you. We are offering a competitive salary fuel and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Be available on-call 6 days a week, with one flexible day off
• Transport clients safely and professionally to and from scheduled destinations
• Be prepared to drive or wait on standby for the majority of the day, nearly every day
• Arrive on time and maintain a flexible schedule, especially when rides are booked a day in advance
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle (interior and exterior)
• Provide excellent customer service with a polite and professional demeanor
• Navigate the Los Angeles area efficiently, using traffic apps and alternate routes as needed
• Maintain communication with dispatch or management throughout the day
• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure comfort throughout the ride
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Assist with loading and unloading goods as necessary for delivery drivers or shuttle services.

Qualifications

• Must have a stretch limo
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable, particularly in hospitality settings.
• driving, limousine services, delivery driving, or shuttle driving is a plus.
• Ability to operate various vehicles safely and efficiently, including box trucks and vans.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• A commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to problem-solving on the road.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by company policy.
