(Onsite work) 4-6 weeks Timing : January through March Opportunity : Exclusive short-term roles We are seeking four dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team for a short-term contract to support a critical laptop upgrade rollout project. This exclusive opportunity offers hands-on experience in deploying and configuring devices for a seamless end-user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : Assist with the preparation, configuration, and deployment of upgraded laptops to end-users. Perform data migration and ensure the secure transfer of files and settings. Provide end-user support during and immediately after device rollout to address technical issues and questions. Maintain accurate records of hardware deployment and user feedback for reporting purposes. Collaborate with IT and project management teams to ensure a smooth rollout process and adherence to project timelines. Required Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience with hardware setup, configuration, and deployment, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of Windows and / or Mac operating systems. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive under tight deadlines. Additional Information : The role requires on-site availability to manage physical hardware rollouts.
