We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Repair Technician to join our team at Paragon Landscape Construction Inc. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes
- Diagnosing and fixing issues with fleet vehicles, including Mack trucks and company vehicles
- Performing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs
- Conducting preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Assisting with inventory management and scheduling maintenance
Requirements:
- Experience in heavy equipment and vehicle repair (2 years preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Welding and small engine repair experience is a plus
