What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Hardware Transactions Attorney position at Paragon Legal?
This Position :
Our client is a multinational social media company / consumer goods company. They are looking for an experienced attorney to support their Strategic Sourcing Team. The daily responsibilities will include transactional work (drafting, reviewing, negotiating) contracts focused on hardware development and sourcing.
Prior experience handling these matters is required and the candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the state where they are residing / practicing. This candidate should be a detail-oriented individual who can accurately follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and ensure precision in all tasks.
This project starts in April or May (the client does have a 4-6 week onboarding timeline), is fully remote, is 40 hours / week, and the initial duration is one year.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $80 and $100. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
