Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the marketing services industry.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Zoho One to manage customer inquiries and issues
- Project management to ensure timely resolution of customers needs
- Establish and analyze reports or trends to provide insights to clients
- Manage accounts and build strong customer relationships through outbound calling and emailing programs
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and introduce additional solutions
- Support sales efforts by working in tandem with Account Executives
- Work with Production department for timely delivery of clients projects
Requirements
- Experience in the makreting industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Zoho One or similar CRM software
- Proficient of Google Workspace products
- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for customer relationship management
- Sales experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.78 - $16.58 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
