Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
• Upsell products by effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform product demos that engage customers and promote sales.
• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is beneficial but not required.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
