- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
- Technical sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
