We're looking for a Community Ambassador to join our residential team. As a key member of our community, you'll be responsible for building relationships with residents and driving growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential residents.
• Conducting comprehensive tours and presentations to showcase the amenities and features of our community.
• Responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Working closely with our leasing team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Participating in community events and activities to foster a positive and engaging living experience.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with residents. Key qualifications include:

• 1 year of customer-facing experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management software and systems.
