Your role as part of our Paragon family
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of a property in accordance with the company's policies/procedures and the owners' objectives. Oversight includes, but is not limited to physical and economic occupancy, lease expirations, rent collection, standards, liabilities, and fiscal management. The Property Manager oversees the leasing and maintenance staffs and also sets development plans for everyone on his/her team.
- Ensures top-level customer (both internal and external) satisfaction through continuous professional and positive conversations.
Position Requirements
- 1 years of on-site Leasing Manager or Assistant Manager experience or at least 2 years of supervisory experience with customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent, college-level education (strongly preferred)
- Industry designations (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Possesses superior sales ability
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing assignments and priorities
- Reliable and dependable attendance at the work site
- YARDI experience (preferred)
- Superior knowledgeable of Fair Housing guidelines, state/local/federal laws, and safety compliance.
