Your role as part of our Paragon family
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of a property in accordance with the company's policies / procedures and the owners' objectives. Oversight includes, but is not limited to physical and economic occupancy, lease expirations, rent collection, standards, liabilities, and fiscal management. The Property Manager oversees the leasing and maintenance staffs and also sets development plans for everyone on his / her team.
- Ensures top-level customer (both internal and external) satisfaction through continuous professional and positive conversations.
