Job Title: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain an organized system for recording and tracking.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.
- Process payments
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and generating reports as required.
- A/R reports
- P/L reports
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Monthly reconciliation
- Payroll
Qualifications:
- Billing Experience
- College
- excel
- Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
