Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing business strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding client relationships, and maintaining a high standard of service within the branch. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Drive business development efforts and build new client relationships to generate revenue
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff for client assignments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor financial performance and take proactive steps to meet budgetary and financial goals
