Restoration Crew Chief

Paragon Staffing, LLC is recruiting a Restoration Crew Chief for our client in the restoration industry. In this role, you’ll lead a team, manage restoration projects, and ensure high-quality work is completed on time and within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Coach and train restoration technicians and ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs
• Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site
• Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency
• Completes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software
• Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for certification of satisfaction
• Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
• Maintain inventory of supplies.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction

Skills and Physical Demands

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance) climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics).

Schedule
Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM
Ability to work a rotating shift, long hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. (Required)

Compensation:
$20/hr to $22/hr
