Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team! This role combines business development (sales) with hands-on recruiting. You will build relationships with clients, source candidates, and oversee the full hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales and placement goals.
Recruiting & Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Match candidates with job opportunities based on skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Relationship Management & Networking:
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in.
Qualifications:
✅ 2-3 years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting.
✅ Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
