**Job Description:**
As a production worker at Paragon Staffing, your primary responsibility will be to meet production standards on specific assignments within required timeframes. You will maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaces, perform all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements, and be responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
You will also be responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when you step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, reporting all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor, and performing other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.

**Requirements:**
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
•Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
•Troubleshoot problems and report issues
•Must work well in team environment
**Physical Requirements:**
•Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
•Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
•Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb
•Ability to lift up to 35lbs
**Schedule and Shift:**
2nd shift:
3:00PM to 11PM or 6PM to 6AM
**Compensation:**
$20 per hour
