Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals of all abilities, assisting them in daily living activities.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet individual needs.
