Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee credentials, certifications, licenses, and digital personnel files.
- Daily review and audit of credentials and training documents received, updating credential matrix and employee files as needed.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of credentials.
- Communicate with Program Manager, trainers, and supervisors regarding upcoming training and expiration dates.
- Track and document required training for employees, ensuring compliance with federal and company requirements.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
- Compile employee data and enter it into TAMS (Federal Protective Service database).
