This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.What You'll Do :
- Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
- Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
- Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
- Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environmentWhat You Bring :
- US citizenship preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Associate's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five (5) years of security experience and 12 months of supervisory experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a PA ACT235 Armed Guard Card
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working at a Client Energy facility is a plus
