About Paragon Behavioral Health Connections:

Paragon is a Colorado-based, technology-powered behavioral health organization offering digital and in-home services. We provide comprehensive care that is convenient for people where they live. Our services range from support for youth with complex needs to families stepping down from inpatient hospitalization.

Why Join Paragon?

We are not regionally based, which means we are able to provide services to those in need statewide. This means you can support not only those who live in your region but those who have a harder time accessing care in rural communities of Colorado as well.

  • Flexibility: You set your own schedule, and work with the family to determine the best times that work for them and their needs. This is what we mean by meeting the client where they are at. Create your own weekend during the week so you can take advantage of Colorado’s best activities such as hiking and skiing when there are less people on the trails.
  • Autonomous Environment: You are able to create your own systems for managing and accomplishing tasks, use creative problem solving, and have the ability to work independently – as long as the end product of your efforts meets organizational goals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Communicate, collaborate, and touch base with a wide variety of other team members, to ensure alignment of quality care and outcomes for clients.

These benefits are offered through reputable providers such as United Health Care, Delta Dental, and Principal. Additionally, the company extends health coverage to the employees' families, ensuring that not only the employees but also their families receive complete health coverage. Rest assured, you will receive your full salary, post-tax deductions, thanks to this extensive coverage.
  • Career Development: Paragon is consistently growing and that means there is room for growth. As we expand our services and community reach staff can grow in there areas of interest and expertise
