Paragone Solutions is seeking a Lead Case Manager to join the team. The Lead Case Manager oversees and manages Non-Clinical Case Management Services for the Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG). This role ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with medical readiness requirements, including Medical Readiness Classification (MRC), Physical Health Assessments (PHAs), and Soldier Treatment Records (STRs). Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated medical readiness issues, the Lead Case Manager provides leadership in administrative case management.
This role is onsite at the Raper Armory in Cheyenne, WY.
This role requires working a compressed work scheduled (44/36 weekly schedule), as well as one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) to support WYARNG drill events.
This role is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee case management operations, ensuring compliance with DoD and WYARNG medical readiness objectives.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and supervise data entry and record maintenance.
- Track and manage MRC3/MRC4 statuses, coordinating scheduling for Physical Health Assessments (PHAs).
- Serve as the primary liaison between military leadership, medical providers, and WYARNG personnel to resolve cases.
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews to maintain HIPAA and cybersecurity standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for case escalations and non-compliance resolution.
- Supervise and mentor Case Managers and Data Entry Specialists, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Enter and update medical data in databases such as MEDPROS, MODS, MEDCHART, and PRT.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of service members' medical documentation.
- Track and coordinate Physical Health Assessments, Soldier Treatment Records, and medical board cases.
- Monitor and update soldiers' medical readiness status.
- Assist in documenting and tracking deployment readiness requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, filing, tracking digital and hard-copy records, logging contacts, and managing case initiation, processing, and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in military medical administration, case management, or similar roles.
- Prior experience with National Guard or active-duty medical case management preferred.
- Strong proficiency in DoD medical tracking systems (i.e. MEDPROS, MODS, and MEDCHART) preferred.
- Military medical readiness tracking and case management preferred.
