Paragone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to oversee the management, coordination, and performance of Military Personnel Services. The PM will lead and ensure the successful execution of administrative tasks and workflows critical to military operations at unit and installation levels.
This role is contingent upon contract award. The anticipated period of performance will likely begin in March/April 2025.

- Provide overall management, coordination, and leadership for work performed under Military Personnel Services.
- Supervise and oversee tasks in key functional areas, including:
- Personnel Information
- Strength Accounting/Reporting
- Records Management
- Soldier Readiness
- Assignments
- Identification
- Personnel Actions
- Soldier and Civilian In/Out Processing
- Casualty and Transition Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or Business Management from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 10 years of management and supervisory experience with technical programs/projects and expertise in Military Human Resource workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
