Paragonix Technologies markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted hypothermic preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time. Paragonix also markets transplant services and organ screening to the transplant community.

Position Overview : To provide best in class customer service and support for Paragonix customers utilizing the Paragonix Product & Service portfolio.

Paragonix seeks candidates who will meet our customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, services, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action.

Primary responsibilities will include :

• First on call case support line, customer support and Clinical Specialist, Clinical Consultant, and RTM support
• Maintain case related data entry to ensure organizational dashboards are up to date.
• Routine attendance and mandatory clinical and organizational meetings
• Assist with In Person or Remote customer training for all Paragonix devices as needed.
• Assist with in person or remote clinical training for all clinical staff and Paragonix Regional Territory Managers
• Trained to facilitate active cases in both donor and recipient operating rooms.
• App trouble shooting both external and internal.
• Organization and logistics of team case support
• Field assurance issues sent to quality via feedback forms within 24 hours of reported issue.
• Differentiate Paragonix products, from current standard of care and competitive products.
