The core responsibilities will include managing day-to-day sales order processing, creating invoices, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness in our ERP system. This role will also play a vital part in identifying and implementing process improvements, working closely with the Director of Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.

Primary responsibilities/authority will include:
- Responsible for executing the global order-to-cash process, including creating quotes and sales orders for internal and external customers, creating invoices or credit memos, and following up on overdue invoices.
- Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure accurate and timely shipments of orders.
- Analyze and enhance current Sales Operations workflows to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, market trends, and other revenue metrics.
- Provide timely data and analysis to sales reps and commercial leadership as requested.
- Assist Director of Sales Operations in preparing the monthly commission payouts
- Assist Finance in month-end closing activities such as sales reconciliations and accruals.
- Other responsibilities and duties upon request
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics or similar roles
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with SmartSheet is a plus
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- This role is a hybrid position with expectations to be in the Waltham, MA headquarters 3 days per week
- Demonstrated ability of working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization that requires quick response to changing needs.
