As an Intelligence Research Analyst, you will be working with other Intelligence Research Analysts, Lead Research Analyst, the VP, Division Manager for ISP Programs, and Parallax clients. When working with your team, you will be supporting this mission through GEOINT or All-Source analysis experience, reporting, research and outreach for AFRL and other Department of Defense (DoD) affiliates. Execute projects with government sponsors to enhance and enable the future needs of DoD customers.
In this position, you will also be writing concepts and procedures for automated tools and participating in joint ventures with government customers. Participating with customers on drafting requirements and proposals for future systems for system analytical efforts.

In addition to that, a typical day-in-the-life of a Parallax Intelligence Research Analyst includes:
- Junior Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for developing GEOINT and All-Source techniques and concept use cases/tactics for and with users of the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Establishing collaboration of agencies, laboratories and personnel in the assessment of ISR research. Outreach coordinator for the government customers with members of the IC.
- Data truthing of information.
- Creating documentation, reports, briefings, and explanations of findings.
Ideally, you are looking for your next long-term challenge and have these skills:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Geosciences, CIS, IT or related technical field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with DoD and IC research or analytical programs. Or 6 years’ experience working with DoD and IC research or analytical programs.
- Experience in Intelligence Analysis and data truthing.
- Skilled at the writing and development of training programs and technical papers.
- TS/SCI security clearance.
Furthermore, do you have, or want to develop these skills?
- Minimum 5 years interacting with AFRL, NASIC, ONI, MCIA, AF and other DoD programs.
- Experience with geospatial data analysis supporting multiple IC partners.
- Experienced with software & intelligence tools used for intelligence analysis including: ArcGIS, GETS, SOCET GXP, and other IC related toolsets.
- Geospatial Intelligence Analysis Certification
