Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within constraints and find creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
