High Reach Forklift Driver

Parallel Employment is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our team. As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating a high reach forklift to move, stack, load, or unload materials in a warehouse or production setting. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a high reach forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse or production area
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Stack and organize products in designated areas
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience operating a High Reach forklift
• Shipping experience, prefer background with a food manufacturer
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
• Must be able to work in a freezer and use a racking system
• Bar coding experience is highly preferred but not required
• Work in varying temperatures
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: ALL shifts available

Pay: $18/hr - $20/hr, based on experience

Location: Franksville, WI and Kenosha
