What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead position at Parallel Employment Group?
The Team Lead is directly responsible for the day to day operations and team members to ensure all departmental and warehouse goals are achieved. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to product receiving, product replenishing, processing returns, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, equipment maintenance, employee training, safety, staffing, and scheduling.
Essential job functions and expectations for the Assistant Manager include but are not limited to the following :
- Communicate and Collaborate with fulltime and seasonal associates.
- Train, Guide and Evaluate new employees
- Support warehouse managers with special project, and additional duties when required.
- Process Paperwork for outbound shipments.
- Releasing order on required times
- Maintain and organization and cleanliness of the pick / pack area.

2nd Shift
During peak season April - October
Monday thru Wednesday 2 : 30pm – 11 : 00pm, off schedule on Thursday and Friday
Saturday and Sunday 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm
Salary : $18 - $19
