Parallel Employment is excited to announce openings for 2nd & 3rd shift Production positions at our client facility. As a Production Worker, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process, assisting in the assembly and ensuring that products meet the quality standards set by the company. This fast-paced environment requires team members who are detail-oriented and capable of following specific procedures to maintain production efficiency.

Hours :

2nd Shift : 3 : 00pm to 11 : 15pm, ($16.50 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential=$17.50 per hour)

3rd Shift : 11 : 00pm to 7 : 15am ($16.50 per hour, plus $2.00 shift differential=$18.50 per hour)

Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Previous manufacturing or production experience.

Strong attention to detail is essential.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Dependability and a strong work ethic are critical for this role.

Trim flash off finished product with knife (PPE provided)

Keep Plastic Injection Molding Machine Running at all times

Inspect roofing product prior to placing / stacking on pallet

Stack with consistent pattern on pallets

Monitor materials (raw) in hopper at all times
