Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a small family-owned agriculture company, is seeking a qualified Administrative / Accounting Support Clerk to join its team. In addition to accounting functions, this role would support the retail side of the business.
Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Wage: $22-24/hr - based on experience
- Supporting Controller with accounts payable/receivable functions
- Answering phones
- Data entry or orders and payments
- Processing invoices for mail
- Monthly reporting
- Supporting cashing out retail customers as needed
- Various project work
- Filing, faxing, file management
- Must have 3 years of previous office support and accounting expeirence
- Must be highly organized and willing to multi-task
- Must be a team player and willing to support in multiple areas of the business
- 4 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
