Parallel Employment is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our team. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse operates smoothly by accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment. You will utilize pallet jacks and RF scanners to efficiently locate and retrieve products while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check incoming orders and prepare them for shipping
- Retrieve products based on order tickets and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
- Re-stock inventory and assist with maintaining warehouse organization
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and update records of completed orders
- Proven experience as an order picker
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with RF scanners
