Parallel Employment is seeking motivated individuals to fill Production/Assembly positions for 1st and 2nd shifts in Arcade. As a Production/Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling parts and products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions closely. You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside a team dedicated to meeting production goals
1st shift - $15.86 per hour Monday thru Friday, 7am -3:30pm
2nd shift - $16.86 ($1.00 shift differential) per hour Monday thru Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00am
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in production or assembly operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
